Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Amazeballz ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Urban Army AB ("we", "us", or "our").

Description of the App

Amazeballz is a free, offline mobile game in which you tilt, spin, and flip your device to roll colored balls into matching holes. The App does not require an internet connection, user accounts, or in-app purchases.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app store terms.

Restrictions

You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; remove any copyright or proprietary notices; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, design, and code in Amazeballz are the property of Urban Army AB and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the Urban Army or Amazeballz name, logo, or trademarks.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Army AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action.

Children

Amazeballz is suitable for all ages. The App does not collect any personal data from any user, including children. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's device usage.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
