Delete Your Tilit Account

To request deletion of your Tilit account and associated data, please follow the steps below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Note: If you want to delete individual pieces of data, please visit our Data Deletion page instead.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to tilit@urbanarmy.se with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
2. Include your registered email address in the message
3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days
4. Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days
5. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, bio, profile photo)
• Your restaurant recommendations and personal notes
• Your tags and taste profile settings
• Your wishlists and bookmarked places
• Your follower and following connections
• Your lists and collections
• Your account settings and preferences

What We Retain

For legal compliance and operational purposes, we may retain the following for a limited time:

• Anonymous usage analytics (retained for 30 days)
• Transaction logs required by law (retained as legally required)
• Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you personally

Important Notes

• This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• If you want to use Tilit again, you'll need to create a new account.
• Content you shared publicly may have been copied by other users before deletion.
