Delete Your Minago Account
To request deletion of your Minago account and associated data, please follow the steps below. We will process your request within 30 days.
Note: If you want to delete individual pieces of data, please visit our Data Deletion page instead.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to minago@urbanarmy.se with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address in the message
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days
- Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
Important Notes
- This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- If you want to use Minago again, you'll need to create a new account.
- Content you shared publicly may have been copied by other users before deletion.
